Spray It Forward Project – Terms and Conditions for Entry

By submitting this form to be considered for a free bespoke artwork through Snow Graffiti’s Spray It Forward Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Entrants nominated must be residents of a specified location, which will be outlined in each campaign or callout. Only those within the defined location criteria will be considered.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must include a genuine background story, expressing why either yourself or the nominated individual would benefit from receiving a piece of artwork.

2. Entry Conditions

• Submitting does not guarantee selection. All entries will be reviewed and considered based on merit and alignment with the values of the Spray It Forward Project.
• Snow Graffiti Limited reserves the right to determine which stories are selected and is not obliged to provide individual feedback on unsuccessful entries.
• By submitting, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Use of Story and Artwork

• Once submitted, Snow Graffiti Limited reserves the right to record, document, and discuss elements of the background story and the creative process behind the artwork.
• Personal details and sensitive information will always be protected and anonymised where appropriate to ensure the privacy of all individuals involved.
• Snow Graffiti Limited may use the story, artwork, and related content in promotional materials, social media, or other media platforms, including podcasts unless otherwise requested in writing by the entrant and agreed.
  

4. Selection and Communication

• Selected entrants will be contacted directly via the details provided in their submission. If contact cannot be made within a reasonable time, another recipient may be chosen.
• The selection process is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  

5. Right to Withdraw or Terminate

• Snow Graffiti Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Spray It Forward Project, or any individual campaign, at any time without prior notice.
• We also reserve the right to withdraw the offer from any participant if they breach the terms or are found to have provided false information.

6. General

• This initiative is offered in good faith as a charitable and creative act of kindness.
• No monetary compensation or substitute will be provided in exchange for the artwork.
• By submitting your entry you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
