If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your delivery and return it to us within 14 days for exchange or refund credit. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items.
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us. If returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition the refund will not be available.
The goods must be returned at the cost of the customer, to return please email email@example.com.
Please remember to obtain proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money less any carriage charges within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please check that the content being offered to you for our tutorials is what you are looking to achieve before purchasing them. We show images and have descriptions on our tutorials for each level so that you have a full understanding of the outcome to expect if you purchase and follow them. Once you have purchased our tutorials we do not offer a refund on this service due to the sale being the access to the content.
