INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the customer to check their own customs policies for international orders and pay any duties. It is also the responsibility of the customer checking the shipping costs and approval prior to purchase – Snow Graffiti Limited is not responsible for any shipping fees, duties or tax incurred by outside agencies e.g. the courier, or your country customs.

If an international order is cancelled, shipment fees will be charged if the delivery has already been processed and sent and refund for the products will be authorised on return of the products. If the shipment is cancelled prior to the order going out only a transaction fee of £3.50GBP is charged.
